So I was going back over some of my old photos today and I came across some old photos me and my girlfriend took the day before we started filming Voicebox which was back in May. For some reason I kept thinking to myself that the pictures were not good enough to be used or something...I hadn't forgotten that I took them, just overlooked them. Anyway I found three of my favorite photos and did some touch ups and here they are. Enjoy!
Random Movie Fact: In the 2004 film Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, the Mexican restaurant Veronica visits with the girls from the station
is named "Escupimos en su Alimento". In Spanish, that means, "We spit in
your food".

Product Photography
Well this week, I worked a few days a local car dealership taking photos of new cars for the website. It was a good learning experience and got to meet some nice people. I have been offered a part time job at the place, but I don't think I will stick with it just because the pay is too low and the work is harder than you think (baking out in the hot sun and manuevering the cars a different way for each shot takes it out on you). And on top of that the pay is next to nothing, but anyway here are some of the best shots from the week...Enjoy!
Random Movie Fact: In the 1982 film Creepshow, at the beginning of the film when the boys father is scolding him for reading the comic, the boy comes back with saying it's no worse than what's in the porno magazines his father has. Stephen King got his start writing short horror stories for pornographic magazines.

Zero to Hero
So these past two days I started working for a car dealership as a photographer which has been pretty cool. I take photos of the cars for their website and then they upload them onto their website later. The pay is ok, nothing amazing to say the least but for now it is a means to an end for me and I have been pretty strapped for work. I hope that soon though business will pick up to a point where I can move on from it. We will see, I don't mind it and as long as I don't get too screwed over it is all good.
In other news I feel like for a while there I was on a bit of a streak where I was making more enemies than friends. Between not working a whole lot, a ton of free time, and also just too much thinking I was in a bad place. I hate where I was in life and anyone I offended at that time I extend deep apologies too, but now that I am back on track with life I think I can starting mending it all up. I am sure it will all work out in the end.
Random Movie Fact: In the 2004 film Ocean's Twelve, the Night Fox's mansion is on the shores of Lake Como in Italy. The name of the city overlooking Lake Como is Bellagio. The city and the lake were the inspiration for the design of the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas, site of the heist in Ocean's Eleven.

Interview Today
So yesterday I was supposed to have an interview with a local production/post house in the Towson area, however it got postponed until today. So today at 2pm I have my interview which I am happy to have the opportunity for and also excited to see what happens. So wish me luck on that today.
Yesterday melted down into a full on basketball kind of day. It was so nice outside so things just seemed right to play some pick up games with a friend of mine. My skills are improving and I am feeling a whole lot better with the level at which I am playing at (compared to just 5 years ago). I hope to keep getting better and maybe one day I will even be able to play in a little adult league or something.
So my car has been leaking engine coolant for a little bit now and I have been dreading getting it fixed since I know it is going to cost some money, and with no available income it is a bit of a dive. However, yesterday my dad comes up to me and is like I will fix it but you have to cut the grass the entire rest of the summer. So I am like score, not only will be cutting the grass again which is good exercise but I will get my skills back up since I haven't cut the grass in like 2 years. Now I am not dropping any cash and my car will be running like new, chalk one up for the barter system!
Still catching up on sleep....still keeping busy over here, I hope life is treating you as good as it is treating me right now.

In A Car
So I finally have some new content for everyone. This is my latest
experimental video that I made for my Experimental Film Class at Towson
University. It is not for everyone and my girlfriend thought it was down
right boring but that is the whole point. There is a message in this
video and that being the repetitive nature of life...that is what I am
trying to show with this video.
